Marketing Executive

Salary: circa. £28k
Location: Swindon - fully office based
Job Type: Full-time - Permanent

The company has experienced significant growth in recent years, driven by a successful transition from B2B to B2C sales and expansion into international markets, particularly the US. The organisation continues to be a leader within its niche category and is recognised for its quality and innovation.

The Role

You will support the Marketing team across email and digital channels, working with a customer-first approach to deliver engaging, data-driven campaigns.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across CRM, eCommerce, design, and content to ensure marketing activity is aligned and optimised for performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and schedule email campaigns across multiple regions

  • Manage automated email workflows

  • Support digital advertising creative development and agency briefing

  • Assist with affiliate marketing assets and campaign delivery

  • Upload and manage data across analytics platforms

  • Engage with target audiences to build brand loyalty

  • Proofread marketing materials

  • Produce compelling copy for email campaigns

Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role

  • Experience with email marketing and digital advertising

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email platforms (ESP)

  • Understanding of customer data, segmentation, and database management

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Confident working with data and numbers

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
