Marketing Executive

We are actively seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to join the team at RAD Hotel Group. Based at our Head Office in Cumnock, this is an exciting and varied role where you will support the day\-to\-day activities of our Marketing Department. From creating engaging website and promotional content to supporting social media campaigns, advertising, email marketing and events, no two days will be the same.

This role will involve some travel between our hotels and venues, so a full driving licence and access to a car is essential.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Writing engaging marketing copy for RAD Hotel Group websites.


• Creating written promotional and campaign content.


• Supporting the Marketing Team with day\-to\-day administrative tasks.


• Assisting with marketing and advertising activities across social media, email marketing, websites and other channels.


• Supporting the planning, promotion and delivery of events and campaigns.


• Assisting with the planning and scheduling of social media and website content.


• Contributing creative ideas to the wider Marketing Team.


• Liaising confidently with internal teams and external contacts.


• Supporting a variety of marketing projects across our hotels and venues.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO and email marketing.


• Excellent copywriting and written communication skills.


• A good understanding of a range of marketing techniques and channels.


• A creative and proactive approach, with an awareness of current trends.


• Experience or a strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.


• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


• Strong attention to detail.


• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


• Confidence when dealing with colleagues and external contacts.


• The ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment and remain focused when working to tight deadlines.


• A full UK driving licence and access to a car.
