Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Executive to support the continued growth and market presence of QUANTWING STAFFING. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing initiatives designed to enhance brand visibility, generate business opportunities, attract candidates, and strengthen client engagement.
The role requires a combination of market research, campaign management, digital marketing, data analysis, and business development support within the recruitment and talent acquisition sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to support business growth objectives and client acquisition.
- Conduct market research and analyse labour market trends, industry developments, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to identify commercial opportunities and inform marketing decisions.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multi\-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, website, and offline platforms.
- Create, edit, and manage marketing content including website materials, articles, newsletters, candidate attraction campaigns, promotional materials, and social media communications.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools and key performance indicators, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support lead generation initiatives by developing targeted marketing activities aimed at attracting prospective clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with management to strengthen brand positioning, increase market awareness, and enhance the company's reputation within key industry sectors.
- Analyse recruitment market intelligence and candidate engagement data to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business development.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of employer branding strategies to enhance candidate attraction and talent acquisition outcomes.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, marketing service providers, media partners, and industry organisations to support promotional activities and marketing projects.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, customer relationship management systems, and campaign records to support reporting and business planning activities.
- Prepare marketing performance reports and present findings and recommendations to management to support strategic decision\-making.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant legislation, industry standards, and company policies.
- Degree\-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Knowledge of market research techniques, competitor analysis, and marketing performance measurement.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, email marketing systems, and website content management.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and provide commercially focused recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
The Marketing Executive will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with senior management to support the company’s growth, client acquisition, and brand development objectives.
