Marketing Executive – Premium Hospitality

We’re recruiting confidentially on behalf of an ambitious independent premium hospitality group with a growing portfolio spanning restaurants, events, weddings, accommodation and destination experiences.

We’re looking for a talented Senior Marketing Executive who combines creativity with commercial thinking – someone who can create brilliant content, execute campaigns and demonstrate measurable results.

The Role

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of:

• Social media \& content – photography, reels, video and engaging brand content


• Campaign creation – driving awareness, enquiries, bookings and revenue


• Influencers \& partnerships – building relationships with relevant creators and brands


• Email \& CRM – engaging and growing customer communities through Mailchimp, Eventbrite and similar platforms


• SEO \& digital growth – improving organic visibility alongside specialist partners


• Websites \& customer journeys – creating engaging, conversion\-focused digital experiences


• Creative assets – confidently producing quality collateral through Canva, Adobe or similar


• Performance – measuring what works and continuously improving results

You’ll ideally have marketing experience within hospitality, hotels, lifestyle, leisure, events or another premium consumer brand.

We want someone who is:

Creative enough to develop the idea.
Hands\-on enough to execute it.
Commercial enough to prove it worked.

You’ll be comfortable working independently, collaborating with senior leaders and taking genuine ownership of marketing performance.
