Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan and deliver marketing initiatives that strengthen the Passyunk Avenue brand, drive venue traffic, and support commercial growth across all locations.
This is a hands\-on role suited to a proactive marketer who enjoys balancing creative content, digital campaigns, event promotion, partnerships, and performance analysis. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing marketing strategies across social media, email, website, events, PR opportunities, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns \& Brand Development
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Assist in the delivery of seasonal campaigns, venue promotions, major sporting events, product launches, and community initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Work with venue teams to identify and promote local marketing opportunities.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and insights.
- Support audience growth and engagement across social media platforms.
- Coordinate paid and organic marketing activities to maximise reach and return on investment.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Write compelling copy tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Capture photo and video content during major sporting events, venue activations, community events, and special promotions.
- Assist with the planning, production, and editing of content that showcases the unique atmosphere of Passyunk Avenue.
- Design marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools where required.
- Manage website content and updates using WordPress.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
- Monitor website performance and user engagement.
- Work with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver website improvements and new functionality.
- Utilise Google Analytics and other reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Produce regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, social engagement, and key marketing metrics.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and on schedule.
- Support the promotion and execution of venue events, sports screenings, tournaments, community initiatives, and special activations.
- Coordinate marketing support for corporate bookings, private events, and partnerships.
- Assist with influencer collaborations, PR opportunities, and local marketing initiatives.
- Help identify opportunities to increase brand awareness through partnerships and community engagement.
- Support the planning and promotion of live music, entertainment, and special events across the business.
- Support B2B marketing initiatives targeting corporate clients, event organisers, sports communities, and strategic partners.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with sponsors, suppliers, agencies, and commercial partners.
- Help develop marketing materials that support corporate sales and venue bookings.
