About Us

We are BEETc – pronounced “beats” – a vibrant, dynamic event services company, specialising in the full spectrum of design and delivery for international business summits and bespoke events. We run about 20 business executive summits and customised private corporate events (lunch, dinner, wine tasting etc.) a year across APAC \& EMEA region.

We are looking for a proactive, digitally minded and forward\-thinking Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across websites, content, analytics, digital platforms and emerging marketing technologies. You will support the technical and operational side of marketing, helping to improve our online presence, optimise digital performance, streamline internal processes and explore smarter ways of working through automation, AI tools and digital transformation.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the marketing, production and sales teams to support the promotion of our international events, digital content and on\-demand platforms.

We are looking for someone who is not only confident with day\-to\-day marketing execution, but also curious about how technology, data and AI can make marketing more efficient, creative and commercially impactful.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Website Management \& Digital Experience

  • Manage, maintain and update websites across all events, products and content platforms.

  • Support website development projects, ensuring pages are accurate, engaging and aligned with campaign objectives.

  • Identify opportunities to improve website performance, user experience and conversion journeys.

  • Monitor and support improvements across SEO, page speed, accessibility, mobile responsiveness and content structure.

  • Review end\-to\-end user journeys across websites, email, social media and other digital touchpoints.

  • Work with internal teams to ensure event pages, speaker profiles, sponsor content and marketing assets are published accurately and on time.

  • Bring forward ideas to improve how our digital platforms can better support audience engagement, lead generation and commercial growth.
2\. Digital Transformation, AI \& Marketing Efficiency
  • Explore and support the use of AI tools, automation and digital platforms to improve marketing efficiency.

  • Identify repetitive tasks, manual processes or workflow gaps that could be improved through smarter systems or automation.

  • Support the adoption of new digital tools across marketing activities, including content creation, reporting, campaign planning and data organisation.

  • Research and test practical AI use cases that can help the team work faster, improve content output and make better data\-informed decisions.

  • Help develop more efficient ways of managing marketing assets, campaign workflows, reporting templates and content libraries.

  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing technologies, AI tools and best practices.

  • Share recommendations with the team on how technology can improve productivity, creativity and campaign performance.
3\. Marketing Technology \& Technical Support
  • Support the setup, maintenance and improvement of marketing tools, platforms and processes.

  • Provide technical support for marketing technologies used across campaigns, websites, content platforms and reporting.

  • Help troubleshoot website, content upload, tracking or platform\-related issues.

  • Support integration and process improvements across marketing systems where required.

  • Assist in creating smoother workflows between marketing, production and sales systems.

  • Keep abreast of new tools and digital solutions that can improve team efficiency and event marketing performance.
4\. Data Analytics \& Performance Reporting
  • Use Google Analytics and other digital tools to monitor website traffic, campaign performance and audience behaviour.

  • Track key marketing performance metrics and provide regular insights to the Head of Marketing.

  • Analyse digital performance across channels and identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare reports on website performance, campaign activity, content engagement and audience trends.

  • Translate data into clear recommendations that support marketing, content and commercial decisions.

  • Use data and digital insights to help improve campaign targeting, audience engagement and conversion rates.

  • Support the development of more automated or efficient reporting processes where possible.
5\. Content Library \& BEETc On Screen
  • Support the development and management of BEETc On Screen, our on\-demand content library.

  • Upload, organise and maintain video content, event recordings, speaker sessions and related materials.

  • Help improve how content is presented, categorised and promoted to audiences.

  • Work with production and marketing teams to repurpose event content into digital marketing assets.

  • Identify opportunities to make our content library more engaging, searchable and commercially valuable.

  • Explore new ways to use AI, tagging, automation or digital tools to improve content discovery, organisation and repurposing.
6\. Market Research, Innovation \& Competitor Insights
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and digital marketing best practices.

  • Produce competitor analysis reports to identify new trends, content ideas and market opportunities.

  • Monitor how other event organisers, media platforms and B2B brands present and promote their content.

  • Research emerging marketing technology, AI trends and digital transformation practices relevant to the events industry.

  • Share insights and feedback with the wider team to support campaign planning, event positioning and digital growth.

  • Bring forward innovative ideas to improve how we market our events, products and digital content.
7\. Campaign \& Team Support
  • Support day\-to\-day marketing activities across events, campaigns and content promotion.

  • Collaborate with production, sales and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly.

  • Assist with campaign assets, website updates, email content, landing pages, reports and marketing materials.

  • Help ensure marketing activity is delivered accurately, consistently and on schedule.

  • Contribute ideas for innovative and effective ways to solve business and marketing challenges.

  • Support a culture of continuous improvement by suggesting smarter, faster and more effective ways of working.
Professional Skills
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Good understanding of digital marketing, website management and online user experience, with 1–2 years of experience in a marketing\-related role.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into useful insights.

  • Confident working across multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.

  • Strong written communication skills and ability to present information clearly.

  • Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, international events environment.

  • Able to think commercially and understand how digital marketing supports business growth.
Digital, Technical \& AI Skills
  • Experience using website content management systems or basic website editing tools such as WordPress, Elementor etc.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.

  • Good understanding of SEO, website performance and digital user journeys.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Comfortable using or learning marketing technology platforms, content libraries and reporting tools.

  • Interest in AI tools, automation and digital transformation.

  • Curious about how technology can improve productivity, reporting, content creation and campaign performance.

  • Basic knowledge of design tools, video content platforms, email marketing tools or AI\-assisted content tools would be an advantage.
