Macildowie are delighted to be partnering with a growing business based in Leicester (LE7) to recruit a Marketing Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and proactive marketer looking to join a busy team where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in supporting marketing activity across digital channels, content creation, campaigns, events and brand development.

The Role

As Marketing Executive, you'll support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, generate leads and engage customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating engaging content for social media, email marketing and website channels


• Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms


• Managing and scheduling social media content


• Assisting with email marketing campaigns, including content creation and reporting


• Updating website content and supporting SEO activity


• Creating marketing materials including brochures, presentations and digital assets


• Supporting events, exhibitions and promotional activities


• Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights and recommendations


• Maintaining brand consistency across all communications


• Working closely with internal stakeholders to support wider business objectives

About You

We're looking for a motivated marketing professional who enjoys getting stuck in and bringing ideas to life.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience within a Marketing Executive or similar marketing role


• Strong written communication and copywriting skills


• Experience managing social media platforms for business purposes


• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign management


• Experience updating website content through CMS platforms


• A good understanding of digital marketing principles


• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail


• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
