The Role

We’re looking for a driven Marketing Executive who thrives on crafting powerful narratives, simplifying complexity, and creating marketing strategies that cut through the noise. You'll be a core part of a small, high\-performing team driving brand growth across content, PR, social, and digital channels.

This is a high\-impact, high\-ownership role where your creativity and execution will shape how the world sees 32Co. You're a marketing generalist who's excited by variety, thrives in ambiguity, and loves building from the ground up.

Content Strategy \& Creation

  • Develop and deliver compelling content (blogs, case studies, social posts, video scripts) that supports our business objectives.

  • Translate complex clinical or technical information into clear, engaging storytelling.

  • Own content performance reporting and optimisation across platforms.
Brand \& Campaigns
  • Help build a distinctive, trusted brand in the health\-tech space.

  • Create and support integrated campaigns to grow awareness and engagement.

  • Ensure consistency of tone, style, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Social Media \& Community
  • Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging channels.

  • Foster engagement with clinicians, partners, and advocates in our community.

  • Experiment with new formats and trends to increase reach and relevance.
SEO \& Growth
  • Apply SEO best practices to all written content.

  • Track key metrics and make data\-led recommendations to improve organic reach and conversion.

  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design to align content and customer journey.
Growth \& Creative Projects
  • Contribute to PR campaigns, webinars, events, email marketing, and other experimental initiatives to scale awareness and trust.

  • Be proactive in pitching new ideas that help us stand out.
Who You Are:
  • 2\+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast\-paced start\-up

  • You're a natural generalist, happy to experiment, iterate, and learn on the go

  • Proven content marketing and storytelling skills

  • Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and basic PR tactics

  • Comfortable analysing data and making performance\-driven decisions

  • Deep interest in healthcare, innovation, and helping people

  • A proactive self\-starter who takes initiative and thrives on ownership

  • Growth mindset \- you’re curious, resourceful, and constantly looking to learn
