Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote organizational goals, products, or services across multiple channels.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee a variety of events, including conferences, workshops, promotional campaigns, and community outreach activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution and consistent branding.
- Manage social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and other digital channels to maximize outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners, sponsors, media outlets, and community organizations to expand reach and visibility.
- Monitor event budgets, track key performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports to evaluate success and inform future strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining positive communication with all stakeholders.
- Proven experience in marketing management with a focus on event planning and execution.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to effectively engage with a broader demographic.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem\-solving and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast\-paced environment.
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£34,000\.00 per year
