<h3><strong>Who are we looking for?</strong></h3>
<p>We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & E-commerce Intern for a period of 6 months. You are curious, creative, eager to learn, and enjoy a challenge. With your data-driven mindset, creative thinking, and hands-on attitude, you will thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.</p>
<h3><strong>What will you do?</strong></h3>
<p>As a Marketing & E-commerce Intern, you will play an active role in shaping the experience travelers have when booking their next adventure. Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Supporting content management and content strategy, including involvement in executing campaign plans</li>
<li>Assisting with website optimization and learning how it impacts customer journeys and conversion rates</li>
<li>Collaborating with the Partnerships team to manage relationships with airlines and other partners</li>
<li>Learning how to create performance analyses and reports, and translating them into actionable insights for optimization</li>
<li>Contributing creative ideas to improve the online travel experience across the website and social media</li>
<li>Exploring how AI can be applied effectively across different processes</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What do you bring?</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)</li>
<li>A proactive, hands-on mindset</li>
<li>Analytical thinking and an interest in data</li>
<li>Creativity and attention to detail, with an affinity for social media and trends</li>
<li>Interest in marketing and the travel industry</li>
<li>Interest in AI and new technologies</li>
<li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program during the internship period</li>
<li>Availability to work 2–3 days per week from the office (Amsterdam Bijlmer)</li>
<li>Fluency in English is a must. Fluent in German is a big advantage.</li>
