Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview
The Terrace Pub is looking for a creative and organised part time Marketing Coordinator to support our hospitality marketing activity across The Terrace Pub and a group of associated venues. We are looking for 24 hours per week.

This is a hybrid part\-time role suited to someone who is hands\-on, commercially aware, and confident creating content, managing campaigns, and helping drive footfall, bookings, and brand awareness across multiple hospitality businesses.

You will support social media, digital marketing, promotions, events, and brand activity across a portfolio of pubs, bars, and hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms


• Create engaging photo, video, and promotional content for campaigns, events, food, drink, sport, and entertainment


• Plan and schedule content calendars across multiple venues


• Support marketing campaigns designed to increase bookings, covers, event attendance, and revenue


• Create posters, digital adverts, menus, promotional assets, and in\-venue marketing materials


• Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications


• Update website content, promotions, and venue messaging where required


• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on results


• Work with venue management teams to support local events and promotions


• Help develop creative ideas to grow customer engagement and repeat visits

• Previous experience in marketing, social media, hospitality marketing, or content creation preferred


• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and digital marketing


• Confident using Canva or similar design tools


• Good photography and video content creation skills


• Strong written communication and attention to detail


• Organised and able to manage multiple venues and competing priorities


• Basic paid social advertising knowledge is beneficial


• Hospitality experience is a bonus

Pay: £15\.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Edinburgh EH12 7JB
