Summary
As a franchised organisation, a Marketing Coordinator is vital to enhance our community awareness and engage with our audience across digital platforms and through outreach events. With Clubs based in Guildford (Flair) and the Surrey/Sussex border (Springfit), this position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our mission of fostering active lifestyles through dynamic marketing strategies, as well as plenty of opportunities to develop in new and interesting areas. Offering flexible working hours and home working, with some visits to venues required, and a hot\-desk office Hub available to learn with experienced Club Managers, the chance to enjoy hands\-on event management as well as strategic planning, analytics and content creation is available for the right candidate. We offer real creative freedom to enhance our Clubs.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing marketing campaigns tailored to our community and target audiences. Managing the website and social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness. Coordinating with local schools and organisations to promote classes and events. Analysing marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies. Creating newsletters, physical resources and promotional materials using Canva and CapCut. Collaborating with the Management teams to plan community events that showcase our programs. Maintaining an organised schedule of marketing activities and deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English \- friendly and confident when speaking with customers.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities, being able to take initiative when needed.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently.
- Creative thinker with an eye for engaging visuals and catchy content.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress websites, Canva and CapCut, and comfortable learning new digital tools.
- Confident using social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Adherence to all company processes and procedures, including health and safety, and data protection.
- Ability to analyse data and generate insights.
- Time management skills essential for handling multiple projects.
- A Full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle would be an advantage.
Pay: £25,000\.00\-£28,000\.00 per year
