<p data-start="68" data-end="453">We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to gain exposure across a wide range of projects while working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This is a full-time, hybrid role based out of our headquarters at <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">One World Trade Center</span></span>, with in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.</p>

<h3 data-section-id="xti9y5" data-start="460" data-end="480">What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, and key documentation.</li>
<li>Support creative and marketing workflows, including briefs, reviews, approvals, and audits.</li>
<li>Assist with copywriting and ideation for marketing materials and email campaigns.</li>
<li>Help manage and maintain social media accounts.</li>
<li>Partner with internal teams to ensure projects are executed on time.</li>
<li>Stay on top of industry trends to inform social media and event strategies.</li>
<li>Provide ad hoc support to the Senior Leadership Team.</li>

<ul>
<li>You have at least 1 year of professional experience.</li>
<li>Bonus points if you’ve worked cross-functionally with multiple teams.</li>
<li>You’re a strong communicator who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and naturally curious.</li>
<li>You’re interested in building a career in project management, marketing, social media, creative production, or communications.</li>
<li>You’re excited about exploring how AI can enhance creativity and efficiency.</li>
