Are you a creative content producer who understands how powerful storytelling can drive real commercial results?We’re looking for a Marketing \& Content Manager to lead the creation of engaging video, social, and brand content across a growing property business operating in Chester, Mold, Ruthin, and the surrounding areas.

This is not just a “social media” role.

You’ll sit at the heart of the business, helping shape how the brand is seen locally through property marketing, thought leadership, community storytelling, recruitment content, and premium video production.You’ll work closely with leadership, frontline teams, and an external creative agency to ensure content is consistent, professional, and commercially effective.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for creating, organising, and producing content that supports the company’s marketing and growth objectives.

This includes:

• Filming and editing property videos


• Producing social media content


• Capturing local lifestyle and community footage


• Supporting podcast and video production


• Creating leadership and thought\-leadership content


• Filming staff and recruitment\-focused content


• Building and maintaining a high\-quality video and B\-roll library


• Coordinating content delivery with an external creative agency

You’ll help ensure marketing feels joined\-up, strategic, and authentic \- not random or reactive.

• Skilled in video filming and content production

• Creative but practical


• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities


• A strong communicator and collaborator


• Interested in branding, storytelling, and local marketing

Experience within property or estate agency is helpful but not essential.

Salary \& Benefits

• £28,000 basic salary


• Uncapped commission structure


• 10% commission on premium marketing packages sold to clients
