Marketing Communications Representative

We are seeking a Marketing Communications (Marcom) Representative to support field marketing execution across Germany and EMEA, with a primary focus on customer events, tradeshows, seminars, and conferences. This role focus on event planning, budgets management, vendor coordination, attendee experience, and post\-event performance tracking, while working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and business impact and continuity of local marketing activities.
Responsibilities:

• Identify and recommend local marketing investment opportunities based on local market needs, sales input, customer insights, and relevant industry events.


• Plan and execute customer\-facing events, including tradeshows, conferences, seminars, workshops, and other field marketing activities.


• Lead event project management, including timeline tracking, deliverables, stakeholder coordination among vendors, event organizer, and Keysight team, budget follow\-up, and performance reporting.


• Manage event cost breakdowns, purchase orders, invoices, and overall budget tracking within approved allocations.


• Deliver a memorable and high\-quality attendee and customer experience before, during, and after events.


• Support event\-related digital promotions including email, web, registration, and social media tactic.


• Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and measurable business impact.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.


• 3\+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, marketing communications, or event management.


• Proven experience managing customer events, seminars, or tradeshows with strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.


• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast\-paced environment.


• Fluent in German and English.


• Hybrid position (2 days remote work is possible)
