About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing \& Communications Intern with 0–2 years of experience who is excited about social media content creation, employer branding, LinkedIn strategy, storytelling, and startup environments.
You will play a key role in building and executing Sailpeak’s social media presence, showcasing our team, culture, expertise, and daily life, while supporting broader marketing and communication initiatives.
You will work part\-time (2\.5 days/week) at a fast\-growing and still relatively small company, which means priorities evolve quickly and you will have ownership from day one. If you enjoy dynamic environments where no two weeks look the same, you’ll fit right in.
You will:
- Own and actively contribute to Sailpeak’s social media presence, especially LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute engaging LinkedIn content strategies for our corporate page.
- Create and publish regular content showcasing Sailpeak’s culture, team life, events, and expertise.
- Strengthen employer branding by highlighting what it is like to work at Sailpeak.
- Produce compelling content including captions, visuals, posts, articles, newsletters, and presentations.
- Collaborate with consultants to transform internal discussions, insights, and project work into shareable content.
- Support and promote company events, team activities, and networking initiatives through social media.
- Capture and communicate Sailpeak’s culture and values across all communication channels.
- Assist in managing and updating website content through Webflow CMS.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Contribute to internal communication initiatives (Slack, newsletters, announcements).
- 0–2 years of experience or internships in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Social Media, or related fields.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Marketing, Communication, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media management, content creation, and employer branding.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional content platform (posting, engagement, storytelling).
- A creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of tools like HubSpot and CMS platforms (Webflow is a plus).
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- A proactive personality with high ownership and energy.
- An interest in branding, digital communication, AI, and startup environments.
- Someone who enjoys taking initiative and actively shaping a company’s external image.
- Fluency in English.
- French or Dutch is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams.
- Passion for social media, storytelling, and continuous improvement.
- Strong interest in showcasing company culture and employer branding.
