We’re Hiring – Marketing \& Business Support Coordinator

Are you creative, organised, confident with people and someone who loves a bit of variety in their working day?

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic person to join our friendly team at PB Signs, a busy and established signage and print company based in Malvern.

This isn’t just a social media role. We’re looking for someone who can help us promote our business, build relationships with customers and keep our marketing and business development activities moving forward.

One day you might be creating content for Instagram or LinkedIn, the next photographing an exciting signage installation, putting together a case study, updating our website or helping us prepare for an exhibition.

What you’ll be doing

• Planning, creating and scheduling engaging social media content


• Taking photos and videos of our work, products and projects


• Creating case studies, website updates, blogs and email campaigns


• Helping manage social media and marketing for one of our clients


• Supporting business development, customer follow\-ups and marketing campaigns


• Keeping our customer database and marketing materials up to date


• Helping organise exhibitions, networking events and promotional activities


• Gathering customer reviews, testimonials and project content


• Supporting the team with occasional general business administration

Who we’re looking for

We’re more interested in finding the right person than someone with a particular qualification.

Ideally, you’ll be:

• Creative, with a good eye for design and attention to detail


• A confident communicator with excellent written English


• Organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload


• Comfortable using social media platforms and content creation tools such as Canva, plus WordPress for website updates


• Proactive, resourceful and happy to take the initiative


• Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with customers


• Comfortable taking photos and creating short\-form video content


• Someone who enjoys variety and is happy to get stuck in and help where needed

Previous marketing, social media or content creation experience would be an advantage, but enthusiasm, initiative and the right attitude are just as important.

Location: PB Signs, Malvern. Office\-based, with occasional visits to customers, installations, projects and events.

Salary: Dependent on experience and agreed hours.
