About Us

Mums Can Do is a growing platform focused on supporting mums through different life stages \- from new motherhood to rebuilding independence.

We share real stories, provide support, and create opportunities for mums to move forward \- including flexible work and income pathways.

We’re now looking for someone hands\-on to help grow the brand and build a real community.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands\-on, creative person (ideally a student or recent grad) to run and grow our social media.

This is a doing role, not strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Post 4–5 times per week (Instagram \& TikTok)


• Create and edit short\-form videos (Reels/TikToks)


• Turn real mum stories into engaging content


• Improve existing content (especially “Super Mum” videos)


• Reply to comments \& DMs


• Suggest and test new content ideas


• Help promote opportunities (jobs \+ interpreter pathway)


• Grow and develop the brand’s database through audience engagement strategies

• Understand what makes content engaging


• Can edit simple videos (CapCut/Canva etc.)


• Are creative, proactive, and quick to execute


• Are comfortable filming or working with video


• Use social media regularly and “get” it

• You only want to design graphics


• You prefer slow, corporate environments


• You’re not comfortable with video content

• Part\-time (10–20 hours/week)
