Marketing Assistant
Richard Haworth, a leading supplier of high quality linens to the b2b hospitality sector is looking to recruit a well\-rounded marketer to undertake a range of activities.
You will already have a background within marketing and have a creative flair as well as experience of social media channels and google analytics. Although a junior role, you must have the drive and ambition to take on information and succeed in an extremely competitive industry. · Design \- Lead on design, creating compelling visual content using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite for various marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
· Content Writing – Aid in generating engaging written content for multiple platforms, including the website, social media, email campaigns, and proof reading.
· Social Media – develop, manage and lead various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
· CRM / Database Management – ensure internal crm’s data is kept up to date to allow for targeted marketing campaigns.
· eMarketing – development and delivery of email marketing campaigns including effective targeting based on proposition and target audience of Web and CRM projects.
· Analytics – measure performance of marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.
· Website \- Collaborate with external web development teams to update and maintain the company. website using Webflow, ensuring an optimal user experience and up\-to\-date information.
The Candidate
As already highlighted, you must be enthusiastic, driven and ambitious. You will ideally be from a marketing background with a desire to progress a career in the web and internet market. The successful candidate for this vacancy will have the following skills…
· Ideally have completed a marketing apprenticeship, hold a CIM qualification or a relevant degree.
· High level of computer literacy (knowledge of Adobe Suite would be an advantage)
· Good knowledge of content management systems such as Wordpress, Hootsuite and Magento. Exposure to Google Analytics
· Strong writing and proofreading skills
· Able to work to timelines and under pressure
· Comfortable speaking to customers on the phone
