Marketing Assistant – Residential Estates & Guestz (Chester)

About the Role

Residential Estates, a leading property investment and management company based in Chester, is expanding its marketing team. We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and ambitious Marketing enthusiast to support the growth and brand development of both Residential Estates and our fast‑growing sister company, Guestz.

This is a varied, hands\-on role perfect for someone who loves blending creativity with strategy. You’ll work across design, digital marketing, and brand\-building projects that directly influence how our companies are seen and how we grow.

Key Responsibilities

Creative \& Design

• Produce marketing materials including sales brochures, presentations, and branded collateral


• Support the development of visual identity across both brands


• Assist with design for digital campaigns, property listings, and promotional materials

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms


• Help grow online engagement and brand visibility


• Support paid advertising campaigns and performance tracking


• Contribute to website content updates and improvements

Brand \& Growth Support

• Assist in shaping the public image of Residential Estates and Guestz


• Support marketing initiatives that drive expansion into new markets


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment


• Contribute ideas for new campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement strategies

• A creative thinker with a strong eye for design


• Ideally some experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)


• Confident using social media for business


• Strong written communication skills


• A team player who’s excited to contribute to a growing brand

• £24,000 base salary \+ commission opportunities
