Marketing Assistant

We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant to support a busy marketing team delivering campaigns across our compliance and learning brands.
You’ll be a person who keeps things moving; from building emails and uploading content, to organising merch and helping to follow up leads. If something needs doing, you’ll likely have a hand in it. It’s the perfect role for someone who wants to build their knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign and content delivery
- Build and schedule marketing emails in HubSpot
- Upload and format blog posts, landing pages and website content
- Upload and manage video content (YouTube / Vimeo)
- Support social media scheduling across channels
- Support case study creation (co\-ordination, drafting, upload)
- Assist with gathering quotes, approvals and assets
- Help to manage and build customer communications and updates
- Promote our customer webinars using existing templates and messages
- Support with lead qualification in HubSpot
- Monitor inboxes and campaign responses
- Chase follow\-ups and help to ensure leads don’t go cold
- Continuous improvement across our CRM activities
- Organise and order marketing merchandise
- Manage stock levels and quality for events and campaigns
- Pack and send merch, welcome boxes and event materials
- Support logistics for events (including the occasional post office run)
- Attend events as marketing representation, supporting attendees with logistics and capturing insights
- Help our Campaign Manager and Marketing Exec to keep campaigns organised and on track
- Assist the team with ad hoc tasks and project co\-ordination
- Spot gaps, chase actions and keep things moving

- Highly organised with a strong attention to details
- Proactive \- you don’t wait to be asked twice
- Comfortable with admin and operational tasks (including data)
- Good written communications skills
- Willing to learn and get stuck in
- Driven by success individually and as a team
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
- General understanding of marketing delivery to include email, social and content
- Experience uploading content to websites or CMS platforms
- Awareness of either the school or training markets (not essential)
