<p style="text-align: left;">The Marketing Assistant – Graphic Design & Operations plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of creative marketing projects, B2B product launches, and product sampling programs across Hunter Douglas Australia. This role combines hands-on graphic design with project coordination and operational marketing support to ensure marketing assets, product communications, and sampling materials are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;" data-start="463" data-end="746">Working closely with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and external supplier teams, this role contributes to bringing new products to market while maintaining a high standard of visual execution, stakeholder communication, and customer experience across both digital and print channels.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="8ikglg" data-start="772" data-end="938">Deliver creative assets across design projects across digital, print, social media, video, EDMs, website, POS, and event collateral in line with Hunter Douglas brand guidelines.</li>
<li data-section-id="yfoz8u" data-start="940" data-end="1101">Coordinate and execute B2B product launches, including brochures, sampling, photography, videography, website content, newsletters, and dealer communications.</li>
<li data-section-id="1d6behj" data-start="1103" data-end="1267">Manage end-to-end product sampling projects, including supplier coordination, artwork creation, inventory management, approvals, distribution, and cost tracking.</li>
<li data-section-id="82npln" data-start="1269" data-end="1409">Create and edit engaging visual and video content while maintaining high visual quality and consistency across all marketing touchpoints.</li>
<li data-section-id="1c87dbj" data-start="1411" data-end="1572">Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, print vendors, and marketing partners to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.</li>
<li data-section-id="9nzrix" data-start="1574" data-end="1746">Maintain and update digital assets, portal content, databases, product information, and online sampling platforms to ensure all information remains current and accurate.</li>
<li data-section-id="u3qtvq" data-start="1748" data-end="1893">Support marketing operations through budget administration, invoicing, reporting, purchase orders, and general team administration activities.</li>
<li data-section-id="1is34zt" data-start="1895" data-end="2033">Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.</li>

<p><strong>Who you are</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="175p3lk" data-start="2090" data-end="2206">Diploma or tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related discipline (Degree highly regarded).</li>
<li data-section-id="1xs6eoo" data-start="2208" data-end="2285">1–2 years’ experience in a Marketing and <span data-teams="true">Graphic Design with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign. Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro would be a distinct advantage.</span></li>
<li data-section-id="tuz1mv" data-start="2385" data-end="2501">Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li>
<li data-section-id="1n8e9ug" data-start="2503" data-end="2602">Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capability.</li>
<li data-section-id="1mafzq9" data-start="2604" data-end="2716">High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li data-section-id="1y1lda" data-start="2718" data-end="2810">Experience creating digital, print, and video marketing content across multiple channels.</li>
<li data-section-id="hdleyf" data-start="2812" data-end="2902">Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused with a willingness to contribute new ideas.</li>
<li data-section-id="1fiyize" data-start="2904" data-end="3002">Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; experience with HubSpot or DAM platforms is advantageous.</li>
<li data-section-id="rhch7i" data-start="3004" data-end="3147">A collaborative team player who can also work autonomously and build strong working relationships across departments and external partners.</li>
