Job Description: FUNDA is seeking to add another talented and creative Social Media \& Marketing Executive with basic Videographer skills to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, executing marketing strategies, and capturing compelling visual content that represents the essence of our brand. As a Social Media \& Marketing Executive, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in various areas of digital marketing while contributing to the growth and success of FUNDA.
Responsibilities: Social Media:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance FUNDA's online presence and engage with our target audience.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube), including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to foster a vibrant online community.
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of campaigns, content, and audience engagement.
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to continually optimize our social media strategies.
Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative marketing strategies and campaigns that align with FUNDA's brand values and objectives.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, emails, and website content.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.
Coordinate and assist in the execution of marketing initiatives, such as events, promotions, and partnerships.
Track and analyze marketing campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Videographer:
Produce high\-quality videos, including promotional videos, event coverage, testimonials, and educational content, using professional video and editing equipment.
Capture compelling footage and images during FUNDA events, classes, and workshops to showcase the energy and excitement of our programs.
Edit and enhance video and image content to create visually appealing and engaging final products.
Stay updated on video production trends and techniques to deliver innovative and captivating visual content.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management, videography, and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
Proficiency in using professional video equipment, editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and other relevant digital marketing tools.
Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with experience in content creation, copywriting, and campaign management.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members from various departments.
Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
A creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to tell compelling stories through visuals.
Familiarity with children's education and entertainment industries is an advantage.
