Marketing Apprentice – Social Media and Content

We are Doggy Styling. We run five luxury dog grooming salons across Surrey with a fast\-growing, massive social media presence across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. Our content regularly reaches millions of views, and we are just getting started. We need someone to help us take it further.
We are looking for a passionate content creator to join our marketing team, reporting directly to the marketing manager. You will spend your days on the salon floor filming and photographing dogs, creating short\-form video for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, writing captions, replying to comments and helping shape what our audience sees every day.
You will be on camera. You will be doing voiceovers. You will be the voice and face of our content. If that excites you, keep reading. If it terrifies you, this is probably not the right role.
This is an apprenticeship. You will earn while you learn, with structured training through our training provider leading to a Level 3 Multi\-Channel Marketer qualification. But we are not looking for someone who needs to be taught what good content looks like. We want someone who already gets it \- someone who spends their free time scrolling, creating, editing and thinking about what works and why.
What you will be doing:
- Filming and editing video content in our salons and studio space
- Creating TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and longer\-form content
- Voiceovers and on\-camera presenting representing the brand
- Writing social media copy and engaging with our community in the comments
- Answering client calls across our five salons alongside the office team
- Handling customer enquiries and scheduling appointments by phone
- Someone who is already creating content for fun (even if it’s just for friends or a personal account)
- Confident, enthusiastic, and comfortable on camera with strong personal presentation
- A native understanding of short\-form video, editing apps (like CapCut) and social trends
- A genuine love of dogs \- you will be completely surrounded by them daily
- Reliable, self\-motivated and excited to pitch ideas directly to the business owner
- Based in or easily able to commute to Cobham, Surrey
- Available to work Tuesday to Saturday, 9:15 AM to 5:45 PM
- £18,000 to £21,000 starting salary
- Fully funded Level 3 Multi\-Channel Marketer apprenticeship qualification
