We know dentistry. Now we’re looking for someone who knows how to tell our story.

Knights Dental is a growing independent group of ten dental practices across South Wales. We are looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Marketing \& Social Media Manager to strengthen our brand, showcase our teams and services, and help turn interest into patient enquiries.

This is a hands\-on role combining marketing strategy with content creation. From filming a reel in one of our practices to planning a campaign across the group, you will have the opportunity to see your ideas through from concept to results.

You will work closely with our practice managers, clinicians and senior management, helping each practice connect with its local community while maintaining a consistent Knights Dental identity.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver a marketing and social media strategy across the group.


• Plan content calendars and manage our presence on Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.


• Create engaging photographs, graphics, short\-form videos, reels, stories and written content.


• Visit our practices to capture team introductions, service information and patient stories where appropriate consent has been obtained.


• Develop campaigns that increase awareness, generate patient enquiries and support recruitment.


• Manage paid social advertising, monitor agreed budgets and improve campaign performance.


• Support website updates, email campaigns, promotional materials and search engine optimisation.


• Monitor social media comments and messages, working with practice teams to respond appropriately and direct patient enquiries.


• Track performance and report clearly on engagement, enquiries, campaign results and return on marketing spend.


• Ensure content is accurate, consistent with our brand and appropriate for a healthcare setting, respecting patient confidentiality.


• Coordinate with external suppliers and creative partners when required.

• Proven experience managing marketing and social media for a business or brand.


• A portfolio demonstrating strong content creation and examples of campaign results.


• Excellent writing skills and an eye for visual design.


• Confidence taking photographs and filming and editing short\-form video.


• Experience with paid social campaigns, scheduling tools and analytics.


• Familiarity with design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut or equivalent.


• Strong organisation and the ability to manage priorities across multiple practices.


• Initiative, attention to detail and the confidence to bring forward ideas.


• The ability to explain what is working, what needs improvement and how marketing supports business goals.


• Experience with website management, SEO, email marketing or multi\-site businesses would be an advantage. Dental or healthcare experience is welcome but is not essential.


• You will need to be able to travel between our South Wales practices.

• A salary of £30,000–£40,000 per year, depending on experience.
