Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our business development team as a standalone marketing specialist. This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy and enjoys being the go\-to person for all things marketing, bringing both creative flair and strategic thinking to everything they do.

You’ll be responsible for delivering day\-to\-day marketing activity, ensuring campaigns, messaging and content are aligned, engaging and on brand. From managing social media channels and creating scroll\-stopping content to developing marketing materials such as brochures and publications, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our presence and driving engagement. You’ll also shape and refine the digital marketing strategy, using insights and performance data to continually improve results and identify new opportunities.

This role will suit someone with a strong graphic design background who understands how powerful visual storytelling can be across social platforms. You’ll be confident creating compelling assets that capture attention while maintaining brand consistency, and you’ll have a natural feel for how design, copy and timing come together to create impact.

Working closely with the Business Development and Sales teams, you’ll ensure marketing activity supports wider commercial objectives, aligning campaigns with business goals and helping to translate strategy into meaningful customer engagement. You’ll enjoy collaborating with others while still taking full ownership of your area, bringing ideas to life from concept through to execution.

We’re looking for someone who is both creative and analytical, someone who enjoys experimenting with new ideas, testing performance and refining campaigns to achieve the best results. With a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a hands\-on approach, you’ll play a central role in evolving the brand and how it is experienced by our audience.

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
