The Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing \& New Business Manager to drive forward our approach to new business, lead generation, brand visibility and reputation building. This role will play a pivotal part in a team strengthening our market presence, opening new doors, and accelerating sustainable growth with brands we genuinely want to work with.

It’s a hands‑on role, blending strategic thinking with delivery. You’ll push our growth approach forward while actively building internal and external relationships. You’ll work with a wider team in the agency supporting lead generation initiatives, driving PR and visibility and helping set the standard for new business and growth best practice across the agency.

As Growth Lead you’ll sit at the heart of the agency, working closely with our Executive Board and senior leaders across Consumer, B2B and Corporate. Your role is to co\-ordinate our marketing and new business workstreams to ensure everything we do to grow the business – marketing, comms, PR, events, pitches and partnerships – is aligned, intentional and commercially focused.

Your remit spans four core pillars:

  • Growth \& Lead Generation Campaigns

  • Brand and Reputation building

  • New Business support

  • Events, Networking \& Partnerships
What You’ll Do

Growth \& Lead Generation

  • Co\-ordinate and plan campaigns that build a strong pipeline of high‑quality opportunities

  • Work with the senior team to track and engage priority sectors and brands aligned with Tangerine’s ambitions

  • Deliver events, roundtables and activations that generate interest and demand (with the support of a wider team)
Brand Elevation \& Reputation
  • Oversee content planner including earned, owned and paid content, working with the team to execute

  • Ownership of our website, email, digital channels and content scheduling (with the support of a wider team)

  • Help co\-ordinate our approach to awards and industry recognition
New Business Support
  • Pitch and credentials co\-ordination and support

  • Ensure a consistent, high‑quality approach across all opportunities

  • Support the team to continuously refine approach based on learning, insight and results.
Networking \& Partnerships
  • Build Tangerine’s presence across relevant networks, events and industry platforms.

  • Support development of relationships with partners, intermediaries and industry bodies.

  • Represent Tangerine confidently in market‑facing environments

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
