The key requirements for the Marketing and Design Officer - FTC role will include:

- Manage and update the organisation's website and social media platforms.

For the Marketing and Design Officer - FTC role, applicants should fit the below criteria:
- 2+ years experience in a marketing or design focused role.
- Available to start a role at short notice.
- An understanding of the financial services sector is beneficial, but not essential.
- Comfortable in a mixed marketing role, including both creative work + hands on campaign support.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience utilising email marketing software such as Mailchimp is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A good understanding of social media management and content creation.
