Marketing and Account Manager

We are a small but established graphic design and production business based within a Japanese art gallery, with a reputation for delivering high\-quality creative work and exceptional customer service with a focus on working with museums and galleries. From stationery, greeting cards, art print, and other merchandise products, our focus is working in the industry of art and cutlure.
Our size allows us to be agile, collaborative and highly responsive to our clients' needs. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded candidate to help strengthen client relationships, support marketing initiatives and identify new opportunities for growth.
The Role
Working directly with the business owner, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the company.
You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, supporting marketing activities and helping ensure projects are delivered smoothly.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with clients, building relationships, spotting opportunities and contributing to the wider success of the business.
No two days will be the same, and you will have the opportunity to influence how the role develops as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and on schedule
- Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for additional services
- Help maintain excellent customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Support new business development activities
- Assist with preparing proposals and quotations
- Help develop partnerships and referral opportunities
- Contribute ideas to support business growth
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Support social media, email marketing and content creation
- Help maintain and develop the company's online presence
- Monitor marketing performance and lead generation activities
- Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness
- Work closely with the creative and production teams
- Help improve internal processes and customer experience
- Support project coordination and workflow management where required
- Contribute to the overall development of the business
You are proactive, organised and commercially aware.
You enjoy building relationships, helping clients succeed and finding opportunities to grow business.
You may currently work in account management, client services, marketing, business development, customer success or a similar role.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
