About the Role
We are seeking a data\-driven marketing professional to enable advanced analytics and AI\-powered decision making across EMEA Marketing.
This role bridges technical analytics expertise with practical marketing application, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive growth. You will play a key role in building predictive models, developing dashboards, and enabling data\-driven strategies across the Cochlear portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI\-powered marketing capabilities, including predictive models and automated insights
- Design and manage Growth KPI dashboards to provide real\-time performance visibility
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends, customer behaviour, and growth opportunities
- Analyse customer data and generate segmentation insights to support targeted marketing strategies
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business decision\-making
- Support marketing teams with data\-driven recommendations to optimise performance
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to integrate analytics into marketing strategies
- Drive data storytelling and visualization to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders
- 4\+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or AI\-related roles
- Strong experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate insights into action
- Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non\-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working across a matrix organisation and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B industries
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and martech ecosystems
- Experience with AI and machine learning applications in marketing
- Experience working across EMEA markets
- Additional European language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel across EMEA as required
