Part\-time: 30 hours per week, with flexibility over how these hours are structured

Salary: £22,703 p.a. (equivalent to £28,000 FTE)

Location: Hybrid (primarily remote, with Wednesdays in our office in Winnersh Triangle, Wokingham)

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail\-oriented and highly organised Marketing Administrator to join our small, friendly team.

This is a varied, support\-focused role combining marketing administration, CRM and data management, customer support, research, website administration, and support for campaigns and events. You'll help ensure our marketing activities run smoothly and efficiently, supporting colleagues, customers and a range of ongoing projects.

The emphasis is on organisation, accuracy, systems and keeping things running smoothly, rather than creative marketing.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining CRM records, the marketing databases, and mailing lists.

  • Providing administrative and organisational support to the marketing team.

  • Conducting market, customer and competitor research.

  • Managing enquiries and supporting customers.

  • Updating website content using templates, and carrying out routine checks.

  • Proofreading and adapting straightforward marketing materials.

  • Preparing reports and collating information.

  • Supporting marketing campaigns, events, and digital activities such as content scheduling.
About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in administration, marketing support, customer support or a similarly varied support role.

  • Is highly organised, accurate and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

  • Can take ownership of tasks and see them through with limited supervision.

  • Has strong research and communication skills.

  • Is confident using Microsoft 365 and learning new systems and digital tools.

  • Is proactive, dependable and enjoys helping colleagues and customers.

  • Likes finding practical ways to make processes work better.
You don't need a traditional marketing background. Experience gained in administration, customer support, operations or another support role could be equally relevant, and we'll provide training on our specific systems, including HubSpot and Canva.

This role could be a great fit if you enjoy bringing structure to information and processes, producing accurate work, working with systems and data, researching and solving problems, and having plenty of variety in your working week.

Please note: this isn't a creative marketing role. While you'll support a range of marketing activities, the core of the role is administration, coordination, systems, research, data and customer support.
