Market research participant recruiter

Looking for market research participant recruiters to work with our office based in Bromley South.

In this role you will be​ responsible for approaching and recruiting potential research participants outside of the office and guiding them through our process.

The recruiter will work closely with the field manager/supervisor, making sure all specifications are being met.

Responsibilities include:

\-Gathering project specifications from the field manager/supervisor.

\- Identifying suitable candidates out on the street and inviting them to participate.

\- Ensuring required numbers of participants are met.

\- Proactive and must be able to work independently, but also part of a team liaising with the field manager/supervisor and also the interviewers.

\- Thrive in a fast paced, detail orientated environment.

\- Flexible and able to adapt to last minute changes.

This job does involve standing outside and recruiting people all through the year, in all weathers.
