Accountabilities

  • Own and develop the go-to-market strategy for the B2B flight product, identifying priority markets, customer segments, use cases, and commercial opportunities.

  • Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on the flight offering, including airline coverage, GDS, low-cost carrier, and NDC content.

  • Partner closely with enterprise sales teams as a strategic co-seller, supporting complex opportunities from initial positioning through pitches, demos, negotiations, and closing.

  • Develop compelling sales narratives, positioning, messaging, presentations, and enablement materials that clearly communicate product value to different B2B buyer personas.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, customer needs, and pricing structures to identify opportunities and inform commercial strategy.

  • Help develop commercial models and pricing approaches that balance enterprise customer acquisition with sustainable margins.

  • Identify friction points across the sales cycle and work cross-functionally to develop solutions that improve conversion and accelerate deals.

  • Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to translate market feedback into roadmap priorities and new product capabilities.

  • Lead the commercialization of new flight capabilities, determining how and where new features should be positioned and brought to market.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and executive stakeholders, translating technical product capabilities into clear business outcomes.

  • Own the go-to-market motion end to end, operating across commercial, product, technical, and strategic functions as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, market management, technical sales, commercial strategy, or a related discipline within travel technology, aviation, or B2B travel.

  • Strong understanding of the travel distribution ecosystem, including airline distribution, GDS, NDC, low-cost carriers, and B2B travel technology.

  • Demonstrated experience bringing new products, features, or services to market, from positioning and messaging through sales enablement and commercial execution.

  • Experience working directly with enterprise sales teams as a subject-matter expert, strategic partner, or co-seller on complex technical solutions.

  • Ability to transform market intelligence, pricing data, technical specifications, and competitive insights into clear and actionable commercial strategies.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to engage executive-level buyers and explain complex technology in terms of business value.

  • Experience working with API-based products or other technical B2B solutions is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms is a plus.

  • Strong commercial judgment, analytical thinking, and understanding of enterprise buying processes.

  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, cross-functional environment where responsibilities span commercial strategy, product, technology, and sales.

  • Highly proactive and self-directed, with the ability to take ownership of a go-to-market initiative from strategy through execution.

  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build credibility with sales, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
