About your role

As our Market IT Service Delivery Manager based out of Amsterdam, you'll ensure colleagues across the business have reliable, secure, and high\-performing IT services that enable them to do their best work every day. From managing end\-user support and infrastructure services to leading improvement initiatives and major IT projects, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding employee experience whilst driving operational excellence across multiple markets.

Working closely with regional IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, you'll help shape a stable, secure, and future\-ready technology environment that supports Suntory's ambition to inspire the brilliance of life.

What You'll Do

• Lead the delivery of IT services across end\-user devices, networks, connectivity, and local infrastructure.


• Ensure IT services are secure, compliant, and aligned with regional standards and policies.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience and service quality.


• Manage local IT infrastructure projects from planning through to successful delivery.


• Oversee IT asset management, procurement activities, budgets, and vendor relationships.


• Coordinate major incident resolution and provide escalation support when needed.


• Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand needs and deliver practical technology solutions.


• Identify and mitigate infrastructure risks, ensuring business continuity and operational resilience.


• Support, coach, and develop local IT team members whilst promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.


• Champion a customer\-focused culture where technology enables business success.

Experience \& Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.


• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, operating systems, hosting environments, and telecommunications.


• Experience managing IT operations, service delivery, and infrastructure projects.


• Knowledge of technologies such as Active Directory, Windows Server, networking solutions, and enterprise infrastructure environments.


• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and external service providers.


• Understanding of IT service management principles, ideally including ITIL practices.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.


• A customer\-centric mindset with a passion for improving user experience.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.


• Strong problem\-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to risk and incident management.


• Experience working in fast\-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities.


• Fluency in English.
