As an intern in Marketing Intelligence you jop purpose is to support the Market Intelligence function by organizing and improving access to market intelligence resources while conducting data analysis and developing dashboards that enhance the visibility, usability, and impact of market insights across the organization.
The internship is based in Amsterdam and will run for 4\-6 months, with the exact duration depending on what best suits the candidate and the team.
Key Objectives
- Clean, structure, and analyze datasets using Excel.
- Support the preparation of regular reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Create documentation and user guides for dashboards and reporting tools.
- Support internal stakeholders in accessing and understanding market intelligence materials.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key market and performance indicators.
- Standardize file naming conventions and documentation practices.
- Maintain and update SharePoint pages and document libraries to improve structure and usability.

The job holder will operate under the supervision of the Market Intelligence and Strategy Specialist but will be expected to:
- Independently structure and clean datasets following agreed standards.
- Develop and update dashboards based on defined requirements.
- Propose improvements to reporting formats and visualization approaches.
- Graduate level education or currently completing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Management, or a related field, or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Power BI
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with SharePoint or document management systems is desirable.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to translate data into clear visual insights.
- Structured and organized approach to managing information.
- Problem\-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
