MARINE LOGISTICS & FORWARDING OPERATOR
Are you passionate about logistics, shipping, and fast\-paced international operations? We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Logistics \& Forwarding Operator to join our growing team and play a key role in managing vessel supplies and spare parts.
What You’ll Do:
\- Coordinate vessel supplies and provisioning alongside transport, customs, and warehouse teams.
\- Manage end\-to\-end logistics operations, ensuring timely national and international deliveries.
\- Handle customs documentation, request freight quotations, and maintain clear communication with clients.
\- Keep operations running smoothly by organizing documentation and responding efficiently to urgent situations.
\- Be part of a team that delivers solutions in a dynamic and time\-sensitive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
\- Experience in port operations and/or freight forwarding.
\- Advanced Spanish \& English skills, including professional phone communication.
\- Knowledge of multimodal transport (air, sea, and land).
\- Familiarity with customs procedures (imports, exports, transit, bonded warehouses).
\- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellent customer service.\- Flexibility to support operations outside office hours when needed.
\- IATA/DGR certification (a plus).\- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
