Job Purpose
---------------

Reporting to the Logistics and Manufacturing teams, the main function of this role is support with the bill of material audit and review of usage.

Key Responsibilities
------------------------

• Verification and review of parts and bill of material data sheets.


• Identification of parts and alternative parts for use within the assembly process.


• Liaise with Engineering and Logistics to facilitate suitable usage and consumption of parts.


• Drive improvement in Quality and Reliability of product by enhancing stock usage and minimum/maximum stock holdings and consumption rates.

• Studying towards or holding a degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain.


• Workplace Organisation.


• Experience with TeamCenter \& BOM Systems.


• Understanding of Vehicle Assembly and part consumption.


• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sigip.


• Ability to learn new computer systems with ease (CNHi \& Fiat Specific).


• Ability to work well both independently \& as part of a team, taking lead roles where necessary.


• Self\-Motivated, independently able to manage workload, excellent time management skills.


• Excellent verbal \& written communication \& presentation skills.


• Ability to work at weekends to suit business needs.
