<div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">What You’ll Do</strong></div>

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases for the SIMBA Team, ensuring strong functional coverage across core user flows and edge cases.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices to validate new features, bug fixes, and releases.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects, providing clear steps, expected vs. actual results, and supporting evidence.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Maintain clear and organized QA documentation, including test cases, regression suites, test reports, and release validation summaries.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure issues are triaged correctly and prioritized based on user impact.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Participate in Agile workflows including daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring QA is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Execute regression testing and release validation to ensure product quality and stability prior to launch.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Continuously identify ways to improve manual QA processes, test coverage, and communication between teams.</li>

<div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">An ideal candidate should have</strong></div>
<ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0">
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">B.S. in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, with a strong focus on Web applications</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong understanding of QA fundamentals including test planning, test case design, regression testing, exploratory testing, and bug reporting</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating cross functionally with engineering and product teams</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to isolate root causes and communicate issues clearly</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong written communication skills, especially when documenting defects and test results</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Familiarity with tools like Jira, Linear, or similar bug tracking/project management systems</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience using browser developer tools to assist with debugging and issue reproduction</li>
</ul>
<div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong></div>
<ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0">
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience with accessibility testing and familiarity with WCAG guidelines</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Familiarity with text-to-speech technologies or audio-based products</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Exposure to test automation tools (even if not responsible for building automation)</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience validating APIs using tools like Postman</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>The Romania Based </strong>Salary range for this role is: 3,000-5,000 USD/Month + Bonus + Stock depending on experience.</p>
