Job Overview

My client is seeking a growth\-driven, data\-oriented Digital Operations Specialist with strong content operations expertise, hands\-on SEO experience, and an AI\-first mindset to drive website growth and improve operational performance.

In this role, you will focus on traffic acquisition, content expansion, conversion optimisation, and automation efficiency. Your goal will be to continuously increase website traffic, improve user conversion rates, and deliver measurable business impact. Over time, you will help establish scalable and repeatable growth systems and operational frameworks.

Duties

• Lead or support the development and execution of website growth strategies across traffic, content, SEO, and conversion optimisation


• Build and optimise the full funnel: traffic acquisition → content distribution → user engagement → conversion


• Develop and enhance SEO systems, including keyword research, content strategy, on\-page SEO, technical SEO, and link building


• Design and implement AI\-driven automation workflows across content sourcing, generation, editing, publishing, distribution, and performance feedback loops


• Establish and maintain data tracking systems for traffic, user behaviour, and conversion performance


• Use data insights to optimise growth strategies, execution efficiency, and ROI


• Improve website content structure, page architecture, and user journeys to enhance engagement, retention, and conversion rates


• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including content, engineering, and design to deliver growth initiatives


• Develop SOPs, standardised processes, and reusable systems to improve operational efficiency

• Experience in website operation, growth operation, content operation, SEO, or related fields


• Proven ability to independently lead and deliver projects or growth initiatives


• Strong track record of measurable growth results, with the ability to clearly articulate objectives, strategy, execution, and outcomes


• Familiarity with GPT or other mainstream AI tools, with the ability to apply them to improve operational efficiency


• Strong understanding of SEO, content growth, user conversion, and data analysis


• Results\-driven mindset with a focus on continuous optimisation and execution against targets
