We are seeking a Mandarin speaking Business Development Manager to support B2B growth and partnership development. This role is focused on driving new business opportunities, building long\-term commercial relationships, and supporting structured market expansion initiatives across the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities across the UK market, identifying and developing relationships with potential partners, distributors, and commercial clients, and managing the full business development lifecycle.This role requires a strong ability to build long\-term commercial relationships while also delivering consistent revenue outcomes in a structured and measurable way.
We are looking for individuals who have experience in B2B sales, business development, channel partnerships, or commercial account management. Candidates from industries such as cross\-border e\-commerce, logistics, industrial sales, retail distribution, or enterprise B2B services are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across the UK market
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, partners, and commercial clients
- Manage the full business development cycle from outreach to negotiation and closure
- Develop structured account plans and maintain a strong commercial pipeline
- Work closely with internal teams across operations, marketing, and product to support execution
- Maintain CRM systems with accurate reporting on pipeline and performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new growth opportunities
- Represent the business in client meetings, events, and commercial discussions
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (mandatory)
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles within a corporate setting
- Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships
- Experience in cross\-border e\-commerce, logistics, retail distribution or industrial B2B sectors is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic plans accordingly
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Self\-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges
- Right to work in the UK required
