Profile
This leader will have:
- Proven leadership experience within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- A strong track record of achieving business growth and profitability.
- Comprehensive knowledge of operational and financial management.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic growth plans.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Base salary of up to £115,000
- Performance-based bonus of up to 25%.
