YOUR MAIN TASKS:
- Define, structure, and maintain system, functional, and non\-functional requirements derived from vehicle architectures and customer needs
- Ensure end\-to\-end requirement traceability from vehicle to system, sub\-system, and product level
- Translate Voice of Customer (VoC), architecture inputs, and technical concepts into clear and verifiable requirements
- Manage requirement changes and perform impact analysis across programs and development phases
- Collaborate closely with System Architects and Concept Engineers to ensure alignment and feasibility
- Support customer engagements, workshops, and technical discussions focused on system behavior and functional expectations
- Act as the interface between Architecture, R\&D, Product Management, and Sales for all requirements\-related topics
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in system engineering, requirements engineering, or product/advanced development
- Strong understanding of vehicle or industrial systems, ideally within E‑Mobility or electrification
- Experience working in global, cross\-functional environments
- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail with a structured, disciplined work approach
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear and implementable technical requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions, regions, and business units
