WE’RE HIRING – RESTAURANT MANAGER

Tavern Co – Smithdown Road, Liverpool

We are looking for an experienced, hands\-on Restaurant Manager to join the management team at Tavern Co on Smithdown Road.

This is a busy, established venue, so we’re looking for someone who is confident leading a team, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong operational standards throughout every shift.

Key responsibilities include: Leading and motivating the floor and bar team Managing busy restaurant services Ensuring excellent customer service at all times Staff training, development and performance management Supporting rotas, labour control and daily operations Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally Opening and closing the venue when required Supporting stock control, cash management and operational procedures Working closely with the General Manager and wider management team

What we’re looking for: Previous restaurant, pub or hospitality management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Confident managing high\-volume services Reliable, organised and hands\-on Good understanding of food hygiene, health \& safety and licensing standards Commercial awareness, including labour and cost control Ability to work evenings, weekends and busy periods

We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of their shifts, support the team and help continue developing Tavern Co as one of Smithdown Road’s established hospitality venues.
