Are you an experienced and committed leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are now looking for a Workshop Manager with a strong drive to develop the business, improve ways of working, and create the right conditions for the workshop team to succeed.

As Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our service workshop in Malmö. You will lead and motivate our skilled mechanics, ensure a safe and well\-functioning work environment, and make sure that all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with PALFINGER’s standards.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the daily operations of the service workshop in Malmö.


• Lead, allocate, and optimize the work in the workshop.


• Ensure high quality and efficient work processes.


• Create the conditions for professional and customer\-oriented service.


• Be responsible for a safe, healthy, and well\-functioning work environment.


• Coordinate and lead service and improvement initiatives.


• Hold responsibility for personnel, budget, and results.


• Follow up on business targets and key performance indicators.


• Develop employees’ skills and promote strong collaboration within the team.

We are looking for someone who is results\-oriented and has experience working with financial targets, budgets, and business follow\-up. You are confident in your leadership and have the ability to create engagement, clarity, and good conditions for your employees to develop.

Your Qualifications

• Documented leadership experience, preferably from workshop, service, or technical operations.


• Strong interpersonal skills and a clear service and customer focus.


• Good technical understanding and the ability to quickly absorb new information.


• Understanding of technical products, service, and preventive maintenance.


• Experience in budget, results, and operational follow\-up.


• Ability to work in an organized, structured, and solution\-oriented way.


• A goal\-oriented, proactive, and self\-driven way of working.


• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
