Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Drive the worldwide segment strategy based on market analysis and customer feedback
- Influence and develop the long\-term product roadmap in close collaboration with our technical \& application marketing teams
- Develop business cases for new products and establish the value proposition for future products
- Engage with application engineers regarding system understanding, product definition and product positioning for new products
- Analyze markets and competitors down to product level in collaboration with our regional centers \& application marketing organizations
- Collaborate closely with product management to develop \& support market introduction plans as well as Go\-to\-Market activities
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics in combination with Business Administration or similar \- ideally with a strong familiarity of customer engagement
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the areas of e.g. technical marketing, product marketing, business development or field application engineering
- Work experience in Automotive electronics \& Microcontroller/ embedded systems as well as knowledge in control of small motors in Automotive
- Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial, market and customer driven mindset
- Good communication \& presentation skills and joy in talking to customers
- Firm language skills in English (negotiating level), excellent German language skills are definitely a plus
- Willingness to travel worldwide
