Manager Operations & Finance

Britsure Security Solutions Ltd. is seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations \& Finance Manager to support our expanding business. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high\-quality financial processes, and support the wider team in delivering exceptional security services across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

▪Oversee daily operational activities to ensure the smooth running of the business

▪Maintain and update operational documentation, compliance files

▪Coordinate staff rotas, scheduling, workforce allocation, and support recruitment and onboarding

▪Assist senior management in evaluating business needs and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth

▪Track expenditure, support budgeting tasks, and maintain essential financial documentation

▪Monitor team performance and help implement operational improvements

▪Keep up to date with security industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies

▪Gather and interpret security\-related intelligence to support risk\-mitigation decisions

▪Support or conduct internal audits to assess compliance and operational effectiveness

Requirements

✔Minimum 2 years’ experience in the UK security industry within operations, security management and financial management

✔ Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask

✔ Experience managing workflows, schedules, and budgets

✔ Good understanding of security standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements

✔ Experience participating in or conducting security or operational audits

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
