We are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team, deliver outstanding guest experience,and drive business success. If you are a hands on leader with a flair for hospitality and have a track record of managing a team\- we would love to hear from you.

Salary: £ 32,000 to 35,000 depending on experience, plus excellent bonus package.

OK Diners are one of the UK’s best loved American diners. We currently have 9 restaurants in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have been a manger in a restaurant environment with at least 3 years’ experience, enjoy working in a busy, fun environment and possess the drive to grow with our company.

Your key roles are:

To lead your team hands on from the front and by example to create a customer responsive culture where exceptional customer service prevails, and absolute standards are adhered to ensuring a fantastic reputation and a genuine, memorable visit for each customer.

To oversee all aspects of the business, maximising profits, minimising loss and capitalising on opportunities for business growth. The role is demanding 45 hours per week.

We are looking for someone that it matriculas with there procedures and has a keen eye to ensuring all the required duties are carried out to the company standard.

Use the P\&L account to enhance commercial and financial opportunities in terms of costs, controls, productivity levels and product development in order to maximise profits.

In control of or overseeing stock control and ordering to ensure controls are maintained and minimise wastage.

To produce and monitor staff rotas in line with the agreed wage percentage. To keep a record of hours worked and declare them in line with the company procedure.

Cooking is a key part of your responsibility, knowing the standards and ensuring they are mirrored by kitchen staff

To ensure compliance with Health \& Safety and Food Safety Legislation, maintaining both to a high standard.

To maximise individual’s potential through a positive commitment to training, development and succession planning at all levels.

To ensure our high standard of customer satisfaction and food and drink quality is adhered to at all times.
