You will be a key contributor to our Trade Management team, responsible for developing and implementing pricing guidelines that maximize our business's contribution and ensure efficient vessel utilization. Your role is crucial in analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and customer transactions to make informed pricing decisions. You will collaborate closely with business teams to gather market insights and drive growth initiatives. Additionally, you will manage projects related to digitalization and automation, aiming to enhance our trade management processes.

Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Professional experience in Sales, Trade Management, or Revenue Management
- Analytical mindset with a structured and efficient working style
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross\-functionally
- Strong English language skills (business level) as all communication is conducted in English
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience in using relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills, with a results\-oriented approach
- Develop and implement pricing guidelines to maximize contribution and support optimal vessel utilization across the trade
- Lead insight\-driven pricing decisions by analyzing market trends, competitor behavior, and customer transaction data; proactively identify opportunities, risks, and mitigation measures
- Partner with commercial and business teams to gather market feedback, align priorities, and translate opportunities into growth actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects (digitalization, automation, dashboards, data quality) to enhance transparency, speed, and effectiveness of trade management processes
- Collaborate closely with Uptake Management to steer slot distribution on single\-ship systems, balancing yield, service commitments, and operational constraints
- Drive cross\-functional alignment across Trade Management interfaces to ensure consistent implementation of pricing and cargo steering measures and timely resolution of escalations
