Manager Group Projects (f/m/d)

What you will do:

• Independently manage complex, cross\-functional projects across the Axpo Group from set\-up and structuring through to successful delivery


• Lead key workstreams within large, group\-wide transformation and strategy projects


• Support internal stakeholders in identifying project opportunities and delivering business\-critical initiatives


• Contribute to the continuous development of our project management organisation and methodologies


• Strengthen collaboration and networking across the Group, acting as a link between Madrid and other Axpo locations


• Travel flexibly to Baden (Switzerland) and other international Axpo sites depending on project needs

What you bring \& who you are:

• Master’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering or natural sciences; ideally complemented by additional business education or an MBA


• At least 7 years of experience in project management and in the facilitation of workshops, preferably at a top\-tier consulting firm


• A proven track record in delivering complex, cross\-divisional projects or leading major project streams


• Strong communication skills, an analytical and structured mindset, and a proactive, hands\-on approach


• Confident using AI\-supported and digital tools to improve analysis, collaboration and project delivery


• Business fluent English is essential (written and spoken); German is an advantage
