What you’ll own

  • Join the Global GTM team as the Manager of Product Commercialization Strategy \& Enablement, supporting the company’s ambitious growth strategy.

  • Drive sales strategy for key products and solutions to maximize market success.

  • Develop and validate business cases to ensure commercial viability.

  • Design and maintain financial models to support product commercialization decisions.

  • Define and analyze total addressable market (TAM) opportunities across sales channels.

  • Support the development and execution of comprehensive sales enablement plans.

  • Collaborate across matrixed, cross\-functional teams to align stakeholders and drive results.

  • Lead a diverse range of strategic initiatives from concept through execution.

  • Leverage data and insights to build effective go\-to\-market and commercialization strategies.

  • Create compelling narratives and presentations that communicate strategy and business value.

  • Manage projects across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure successful delivery.

  • Ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, collaborative leader who thrives in a fast\-paced, data\-driven environment and enjoys strategy development, storytelling, and cross\-functional project management.

  • Partner with product and product marketing to build the end\-to\-end story of the new solution or value\-added service \- what are we doing, why, who are we doing it with, how are we doing it, when and how will it all work end to end.

  • Build and operationalize financial models that quantify revenue potential, unit economics, margin profiles, and long\-term scalability across channels.

  • Own Total Addressable Market (TAM) analysis, including segmentation, serviceable market sizing, and penetration assumptions to inform product prioritization and go\-to\-market strategy.

  • Drive the development of business cases for new products and value\-added services, including defining opportunity sizing, investment requirements, ROI, and payback periods to support executive decision\-making.

  • Translate these complex payment technology concepts into clear, engaging content that sales teams can effectively communicate.

  • Seek out and use data to develop the go\-to\-market sales strategy, partnering with sales teams to align and approve of delivery.

  • Balance strategic thinking with hands\-on creation of sales\-focused materials.

  • Support Product Marketing and Product in defining how we message any new product or feature and the battle cards, objection handlers or other high\-quality collateral to be developed.

  • Create targeted content packages for specific partner audiences that address unique pain points and opportunities

  • Build sales scripts, talk tracks, and guided selling tools that streamline the sales process.

  • Partner with content strategy, sales, product marketing, and GTM teams to identify critical content needs.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy in all sales materials.

  • Coordinate approvals and incorporate feedback from sales teams and leadership.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

  • Create and execute all GTM timelines in collaboration with cross organizational teams including Client Communications, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, Learning \& development, Legal, and more, to ensure successful execution of GTM delivery.

  • Project manage overall GTM program execution while monitoring and managing resource dependencies and timelines; identify and mitigate risks to key milestones.

  • Communicate and present project progress and results to key commercial leaders, executive management, and other key stakeholders.

  • Analyze sales performance data to inform decisions and improve messaging and sales enablement.

  • Exhibit ability to both influence and command stakeholders from different areas across the business.

  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
What you’ll bring
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 3\+ years of experience in Go\-to\-Market, Product Management, or related areas

  • Ability to lead through influence by building strong relationships and personal credibility

  • Strong project management skills, negotiation and prioritization skills

  • Experience leading in a matrixed environment with confidence to drive discussion, gain consensus and hold both individuals and teams accountable for delivery

  • Creative problem solving that identifies new and innovative ways to grow the business

  • Excellent written, verbal, and inter\-personal communication skills

  • Experience developing and implementing sales enablement content

  • Data driven mindset with ability to analyze and translate data into concise stories

  • Payments industry experience a plus
